Bilberry is rich in Vitamin C. The anthocyanidins are responsible for the major action of Bilberry. Among them, we find a vitamin P action. It is known that Vitamin P does not correspond to a chemically defined vitamin, but is a group of properties which provide vascular, capillary and venous protection.
