Ingredients: Water (Aqua), rosemarinus officinalis (Rosemary) leaf oil, potassium olivate/sunflower-seedate, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, lavandula hybrida (lavandin) oil, alcohol, arnica montana flower extract, betula alba (birch) leaf extract, limonene*, linalool*Directions: Shake the bottle before use. Pour 2-3 capfuls into running water to disperse the bath milk. After bathing, dry gently, cover with a soft towel and relax in warm surroundings.
